Farnham and District MRC (F&DMRC) meets every Wednesday afternoon and evening at our clubrooms in Wrecclesham, Farnham.
We have about 50 members with a typical attendance on a Wednesday of 20 - 25. As well as lots of chat, regular test running nights for different gauges, working on layouts, and modelling activities, we also try to arrange a program of demonstrations, presentations and other events of interest for our members. Over the years these have included members photographs of prototypes from several continents and at least two centuries (!), plus a range of modelling demonstrations from building basic plastic kits, through soldering to airbrush painting, wiring and DCC.
We also arrange trips: recently a number of members went to Hamburg for the day to see the enormous "Minature Wonderland" layout.
New members are always welcome, especially if you want to get involved in our club layouts in N, OO, P4 or O gauge.

Among our 2010 presentations, Roger Aves of the A1 Locomotive Trust gave club members and guests an insight into the story behind the iconic new steam loco "Tornado"
