We are a friendly club, and we try to make it easy to share experiences and to learn from others. From time to time members will give demonstrations on a club night.

In the course of creating their own models, or working on the exhibition layouts, our members have collected experience in: -

• Prototype research and layout planning
• Exhibition layout dos and don’ts
• Detailing and ‘bashing’ RTR
• Kit building and ‘bashing’ in plastic, white metal and brass
• Scratch building in plastic and brass
• Resin moulding
• Layout electrics (from the simple to the not simple)
• Electronics (including IR train and route detection)
• Scenery (including N gauge allotments)

We’re not bragging, or even claiming to be especially clever or good.

But if you can get to Farnham on a club night, we might just be able to help you solve that little problem that is holding up your grand plan.

Then again, you might be able to show us where we are going wrong.
